Blowers – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1217 of blowers and components thereof (complainant Regal Beloit America Inc.; respondents located in Vietnam and the U.S.)

Road construction machines – in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1088 of road construction machines and components thereof, modification of limited exclusion order and cease and desist order to include an explicit carve-out with respect to certain redesigned machines

Smart thermostats – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-185 of smart thermostats, smart HVAC systems, and components thereof with respect to two respondents based on a settlement agreement with complainant EcoFactor Inc.

Wind turbine generators – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1218 of variable speed wind turbine generators and components thereof (complainant General Electric Company; respondents located in Denmark, Spain, and the U.S.)
