Audio players – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1191 of audio players and controllers, components thereof, and products containing the same with respect to one respondent based on complainant Sonos Inc.’s withdrawal of allegations against that respondent
Botulinum toxin – in investigation 337-TA-1145 of botulinum toxin products, processes for manufacturing or relating to same, and certain products containing same, final initial determination of violation by virtue of misappropriation of trade secrets and Oct. 9 deadline for comments on (1) the form of remedy, if any, that should be ordered, (2) the effects of any such remedy on the public interest, and (3) the amount of the bond under which infringing goods could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day presidential review period
Digital video devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on digital video-capable devices and components thereof (complainants Koninklijke Philips N.V. and Philips North America LLC; proposed respondents located in China, Hong Kong, Korea, Mexico, Vietnam, Taiwan, and the U.S.)
Mobile devices – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1193 of capacitive touch-controlled mobile devices, computers, and components thereof with respect to several patent claims withdrawn by complainant Neodron Ltd.
