IV Sets. In patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1048 of intravascular administration sets and components thereof the International Trade Commission has determined that the appropriate form of relief is a limited exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed entry of infringing goods that are manufactured or imported by or on behalf of the sold respondent. The bond for imports of infringing goods during the 60-day presidential review period is 100 percent of the entered value of the respondent’s infringing goods.

Network Devices. After reviewing a determination of no violation of the cease and desist order issued in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-944 of network devices, related software, and components thereof , the ITC has remanded this investigation in part to the presiding administrative law judge to examine specific issues.

Mobile Electronic Devices. The ITC has instituted an investigation to determine whether imports of mobile electronic devices and radio frequency and processing components thereof are violating Section 337 of the 1930 Tariff Act by reason of patent infringement. Complainant Qualcomm Incorporated requests that after this investigation the ITC issue a limited exclusion order, which would direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to prohibit the entry of infringing products into the U.S., and cease and desist orders, which would require the named respondents to cease actions that violate Section 337, including selling infringing imported articles out of U.S. inventory. The respondent in this investigation is located in the U.S.
