Mobile Devices. The International Trade Commission has rescinded the limited exclusion order issued at the conclusion of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-744 of mobile devices, associated software and components thereof based on a settlement agreement between complainant Microsoft Corporation and the respondent, which is located in the U.S. The LEO had prohibited the unlicensed importation of subject goods that infringe the asserted patent and were imported or manufactured abroad by or on behalf of the respondent.

Toy Figurines. The ITC has terminated without the imposition of import restrictions patent infringement investigation 337-TA-948 of toy figurines and toy sets containing the same based on consent order stipulations and settlement agreements between complainants LEGO A/S, LEGO System A/S and LEGO Systems Inc. and the remaining respondents.

Skin Care Devices. In patent and trade dress infringement investigation 337-TA-959 of electric skin care devices, brushes and chargers therefor, and kits containing the same, the ITC has modified a consent order terminating this investigation as to one respondent and approved a separate initial determination finding four respondents in default.

Coaxial Cable Connectors. The ITC has terminated in its entirety, without the imposition of import restrictions, patent infringement investigation 337-TA-938 of coaxial cable connectors and components thereof and products containing same based on the withdrawal of PPC Broadband Inc.’s complaint.
