The federal agencies listed below are seeking comments on the proposed extension or revision of information collections concerning the following.
Department of Agriculture
- phytosanitary export certification (comments due by May 21)
- importation of live fish, fertilized eggs, and gametes from tilapia lake virus-susceptible species (comments due by May 21)
Food and Drug Administration
- imports and electronic import entries (comments due by May 26): FDA is revising to (1) provide for a weekly entry filing program for foreign-trade zones, (2) include the Import Trade Auxiliary Communication System, and (3) include reference to FDA guidance entitled “Pre-Launch Activities Importation Requests”
