The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has approved an expansion of production authority at the Voestalpine Texas LLC facility within subzone 122T in Portland, Texas. Voestalpine already had authority to produce hot briquetted iron and related byproducts using certain foreign-status materials within subzone 122T and the Board has now added a foreign-status material to the scope of authority.

The FTZ Board has also approved the establishment of (a) subzone 295B at the North American Hoganas Company facilities in Johnstown, Hollsopple, and St. Mary's, Pa. and (b) subzone 168C at the R.W. Smith & Co./TriMark USA LLC facilities in Lewisville, Texas.
