North Dakota. The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the Grand Forks Regional Airport Authority, grantee of FTZ 103, a request for authority to reorganize this zone under the alternative site framework. None of the existing sites would be included in the reorganized zone and no new magnet sites or subzones/usage-driven sites are being requested at this time. The application would have no impact on FTZ 103’s previously authorized subzone.
The proposed service area of FTZ 103 under the ASF would include all of Grand Forks County, N.D., within and adjacent to the Grand Forks U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry. If the request is approved the grantee would be able to serve sites throughout the service area based on companies’ needs for FTZ designation.
Comments on this request are due no later than July 8.
