The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has determined to further review a proposed expansion of production authority at the PBR Inc. d/b/a/ SKAPS Industries facility in Athens, Ga. This facility currently has authority to produce non-woven geotextile fabric using polypropylene staple fiber until Aug. 23 subject to a restriction requiring admission of all foreign-status PPSF to the zone under privileged foreign status, and SKAPS is seeking to extend that restricted authority indefinitely. The FTZ Board states that the applicant should now submit an application for production authority.

Separately, the FTZ Board has authorized the establishment of subzone 50R at the VF Outdoor LLC facilities in Ontario, Santa Fe Springs, and Corona, Calif.
