The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has approved the expansion of subzone 50H by 5.02 acres at the Tesoro Refining and Marketing Company LLC facilities in Long Beach, Calif. No changes to the subzone’s existing production authority are being made.

The FTZ Board has also approved the expansion of the service area of FTZ 8 under the alternative site framework. This zone already included Sandusky, Henry, Wood, Lucas and Defiance counties in Ohio and will now include Erie, Fulton, Ottawa, Paulding and Williams counties, adjacent to the Toledo U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry.
