- authorized production under zone procedures at the Detroit Bikes LLC facility within FTZ 70 in Detroit, Mich., which is used for the production of bicycles, tricycles, and quadracycles
- authorized production under zone procedures at the Offshore Energy Services Inc. facility in within FTZ 124 in Broussard, La.,. which will be used for the welding of connectors onto casing pipe
- authorized production under zone procedures at the Puerto Rico Steel Products Corporation facility within subzone 163L in Coto Laurel, Puerto Rico, which will be used for the production of construction and fencing products
