- approved the expansion of subzone 65A in Panama City and Port St. Joe, Fla.

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Ricoh Electronics Inc. facilities within FTZ 26 in Lawrenceville and Buford, Ga., where Ricoh already has authority to produce copiers, printers, toner cartridges, related toner products, thermal paper, and thermal film products, to add foreign-status materials to the scope of authority (comments due by Dec. 23)
