- received an application to expand subzone 76A at the ASML US LLC facility in Wilton, Conn. (comments due by Nov. 17)

- authorized production under zone procedures at the Lucid Motors USA Inc. facilities within FTZ 75 in Casa Grande and Tempe, Ariz., which will be used for the production of electric passenger automobiles and subassemblies, subject to a restriction that various foreign-status components be admitted in privileged foreign status

- authorized an expansion of production authority at the Airbus Americas Inc. facilities in Mobile, Irvington, and Theodore, Ala., where Airbus already had authority to produce commercial passenger jet aircraft, to add foreign-status materials and components to the scope of authority

- approved the expansion of subzone 18F at the Lam Research Corporation facility in Hayward, Calif.
