- received a notification of proposed production activity at the OFS Fitel LLC facility within FTZ 26 in Carrollton, Ga., which is used for the production of optical fiber products (comments due by Nov. 9)

- approved an expansion of production authority at the H-J Enterprises Inc./H-J International Inc. facilities in High Ridge, Mo., where H-J already had authority to produce electrical transformer components and kits, to add finished products and foreign-status materials and components to the scope of authority

– authorized production under zone procedures at the Night Vision Technology Solutions LLC facility within FTZ 105 in Jamestown, R.I., which is used for the production of night vision camera systems
