- approved an expansion of production authority at the Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. facility within FTZ 84 in Houston, Texas, where MCFA already had authority to produce forklift trucks, to add finished products and foreign-status materials and components to the scope of authority

- received an application to expand FTZ 139 to include all of Cochise County, Ariz., except the cities of Bowie and San Simon (comments due by June 29)

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Lilly del Caribe Inc. facility in Carolina, Puerto Rico, where Lilly already has authority to produce several active ingredients, to add a finished product and a foreign-status material or component to the scope of authority (comments due by June 8)
