- received application for subzone status for The Lobster Trap Co. facility within FTZ 28 in Bourne, Mass. (comments due by Dec. 16)

- received application for subzone status for the Frank’s International LLC facilities within FTZ 124 in New Iberia and Lafayette, La. (comments due by Dec. 16)

- received application to remove an existing restriction on production authority at the Black & Decker (U.S.) Inc. facility within FTZ 12 in Mission, Texas, which is used for the manufacture and assembly of cordless power tools and power tool components and for the packaging and kitting of power tools with their components (comments due by Jan. 3)

- received application for subzone status at the Commerce Warehouse Group LLC facilities within FTZ 38 in Rock Hill, S.C. (comments due by Dec. 16)
