- received an application for subzone status for the Puerto Rico Storage & Distribution Inc. facilities within FTZ 61 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico (comments due by March 23)

- received an application for subzone status for the Warehouse Specialists LLC facility within FTZ 107 in Council Bluffs, Iowa (comments due by March 23)

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the RegentTek Industries Inc. facility within FTZ 52 in Shirley, N.Y., which is used for the production of thermoplastic road marking material (comments due by March 23)

- authorized an expansion of production authority at the Ricoh Electronics Inc. facilities within FTZ 26 in Lawrenceville and Buford, Ga., where Ricoh already had authority to produce copiers, printers, toner cartridges, related toner products, and thermal paper products, to add finished products and foreign-status materials and components
