The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the Jacksonville Port Authority, grantee of FTZ 64, a request for authority to reorganize this zone under the alternative site framework to expand its service area. The zone’s current service area includes Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Nassau, Putnam, and St. Johns counties in Florida and the applicant is requesting authority to add Flagler County, adjacent to the Jacksonville U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry. Comments on this request are due no later than Dec. 3.
