The Justice Department’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives is accepting comments through June 19 on form ATF F 5300.11, Annual Firearms Manufacturing and Exportation Report. This form must be submitted annually for every type 07 and type 10 federal firearms license, even if no firearms were exported or distributed for commerce.

Comments are sought on whether this form is necessary for the proper performance of the ATF’s functions; whether the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected can be enhanced; and the accuracy of the ATF’s estimate of the burden of this form and ways to minimize that burden, including through the use of automated, electronic, mechanical, or other technological collection techniques.
