Semiconductors – new IPR infringement complaint filed on semiconductor devices, wireless infrastructure equipment containing the same, and components thereof (complainants Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and Samsung Austin Semiconductor LLC; proposed respondents located in Sweden and the U.S.)
Wearable monitors – in investigation 337-TA-1190 of wearable monitoring devices, systems, and components thereof, March 8 deadline for public comments on whether the issuance of a limited exclusion order would affect public health and welfare in the U.S., competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Wireless devices – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1245 of electronic devices with wireless connectivity, components thereof, and products containing same (complainants Ericsson Inc., Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson, and Ericsson AB; respondents located in Korea, Vietnam, and the U.S.)
