Batteries – in investigation 337-TA-1159 of lithium ion batteries, battery cells, battery modules, battery packs, components thereof, and processes therefor, issuance of (1) limited exclusion order prohibiting the entry of certain subject items, with provisions allowing the respondent to continue importing some subject items for defined periods, and (2) cease and desist orders

Integrated circuits – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1246 of integrated circuits and products containing the same (complainant Tela Innovations Inc.; respondents located in Taiwan, China, and the U.S.)

Movable barriers – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1209 of movable barrier operator systems and components thereof with respect to one patent based on withdrawal of allegations by complainants Overhead Door Corporation and GMI Holdings Inc.

Wireless devices – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1247 of wireless communications equipment and components thereof (complainants Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America Inc.; respondents located in Sweden and the U.S.)
