Batteries – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1244 of batteries and products containing the same (complainants One World Technologies Inc. and Techtronic Power Tools Technology Ltd.; proposed respondents located in China)

Container openers – new IPR infringement complaint filed on apparatus and methods of opening containers (complainant Draft Top LLC; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Floor cleaners – new IPR infringement complaint filed on robotic floor cleaning devices and components thereof (complainant iRobot Corporation; proposed respondents located in Hong Kong and the U.S.)

Straws – in investigation 337-TA-1183, issuance of general exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed importation of foldable reusable drinking straws and components and accessories thereof (including cases and cleaning tools) that infringe one or more specified patent claims asserted by complainant The Final Co. LLC
