Cold-rolled steel – in changed circumstances investigations of the AD and CV duty orders on cold-rolled steel flat products and corrosion-resistant steel products from Korea, determination that KG Dongbu Steel Co. Ltd. (1) is the successor-in-interest to Dongbu Steel Co. Ltd. and Dongbu Incheon Steel Co. Ltd. for purposes of determining AD cash deposits and liabilities and (2) is not the successor-in-interest to Dongbu Steel and Dongbu Incheon for purposes of determining CV cash deposits and liabilities
Hot-rolled steel – dumping margins of 7.96 percent for Australia and 6.8 to 11.7 percent for Japan in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on hot-rolled steel flat products from these countries for the period Oct. 1, 2018, through Sept. 30, 2019
Quartz products – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on quartz surface products from China for the period Sept. 21, 2018, through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Tubular goods – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on oil country tubular goods from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Twist ties – final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on twist ties from China, with dumping margin of 72.96 percent and net subsidy rate of 111.96 percent
