Flat-rolled steel – dumping margin of 7.49 percent for one producer/exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated, flat-rolled steel products from Japan for the period May 1, 2019, through April 30, 2020
HFC blends – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on hydrofluorocarbon blends from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Isocyanurates – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China and Spain would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 285.63 percent for China and 24.83 percent for Spain
Review rescissions – rescission of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods indicated and instruction to CBP to assess AD/CV duties on entries of covered goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
- carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe (over 4.5”) from Japan (AD) for the period June 1, 2020, through May 31, 2021
- electrolytic manganese dioxide from China (AD) for the period Oct. 1, 2020, through Sept. 30, 2021
- forged steel fittings from Taiwan (AD) for the period Sept. 1, 2020, through Aug. 31, 2021
- glycine from Thailand (AD) for the period Oct. 1, 2020, through Sept. 30, 2021
- high-pressure steel cylinders from China (CV) for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020
- large-diameter welded pipe from Turkey for the periods May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020 (CV)
- pasta from Italy and Turkey (CV) for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020
- polyethylene retail carrier bags from Malaysia (AD) for the period Aug. 1, 2020, through July 31, 2021
- refillable stainless steel kegs from Mexico (AD) for the period Oct. 1, 2020, through Sept. 30, 2021
- steel grating from China for the periods July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020 (CV)
- steel nails from Vietnam (AD) for the period July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021
- utility-scale wind towers from Vietnam (CV) for the period Dec. 13, 2019, through Dec. 31, 2020
Steel wire rod – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on stainless steel wire rod from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
