End blocks – issuance of (1) AD duty orders on forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany and Italy, with revised dumping margins of 4.79 and 78.36 percent for Germany and zero to 58.48 percent for Italy, and (2) CV duty orders on such goods from China, Germany, India, and Italy, with revised net subsidy rates of 16.8 to 336.55 percent for China, 5.86 to 14.81 percent for Germany, 5.2 percent for India, and 3.12 to 44.86 percent for Italy
Glycine – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on glycine from Thailand for the period Aug. 5, 2019, through Sept. 30, 2020, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Hand trucks – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on hand trucks from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Lawn mowers – scheduling of final phase of AD and/or CV injury investigations of walk-behind lawn mowers from China and Vietnam, with hearing scheduled for May 18, pre-hearing briefs due by May 11, post-hearing briefs due by May 25, and final comments due by June 11
Pasta – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on pasta from Italy for the period July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, with respect to two respondents and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
