The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Corrosion inhibitors – final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on corrosion inhibitors from China, with dumping margins of 130.52 to 277.9 percent and net subsidy rates of 61.62 to 239.21 percent

PET resin – dumping margin of 0.75 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate resin from Oman for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019

PTFE resin – institution and scheduling of preliminary AD and CV injury investigations of granular polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India and Russia, with conference scheduled for Feb. 17 and written submissions due by Feb. 22

Rubber – dumping margin of 21.26 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Mexico for the period Sept. 1, 2018, through Aug. 31, 2019

Sinks – dumping margin of 1.78 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks from China for the period April 1, 2019, through March 31, 2020
