The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Aluminum foil – dumping margins of 23.62 to 47.57 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on aluminum foil from China for the period Nov. 2, 2017, through March 31, 2019

Corrosion inhibitors – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on corrosion inhibitors from China

Crepe paper – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on crepe paper products from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Flanges – dumping margin of 145.25 percent and net subsidy rates of 4.15 to 4.51 percent in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD and CV duty orders on stainless steel flanges from India for the periods March 28, 2018, through Sept. 30, 2019 (AD) and Jan. 23 through Dec. 31, 2018 (CV)

Melamine – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on melamine from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the rate of 154.0 percent
