U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting Aug. 1 via webinar. Members of the public wishing to participate should register here by July 31.
Topics to be discussed at the meeting include the automated export manifest pilots, progress in implementing a post-departure filing pilot, new minimum security criteria for the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism, progress of the trusted trader strategy, reform of CBP regulations, foreign-trade zones, and e-commerce. Materials on these issues will be available here by July 31.
