Chocolate milk powder – Dec. 31 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by recommendation to issue a general exclusion order in trademark infringement investigation 337-TA-1232 of chocolate milk powder and packaging thereof

Integrated circuits – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1287 of integrated circuits, chipsets, and electronic devices and products containing the same (complainants NXP Semiconductors N.V. and NXP USA Inc.; respondents located in Taiwan and the U.S.)

Optical enclosures – termination without import restrictions of infringement investigation 337-TA-1274 of optical enclosures, components thereof, and products containing the same based on withdrawal of the complaint

Stud finders – Dec. 20 deadline for comments on potential remedies following initial determination of no violation in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1221 of electronic stud finders, metal detectors, and electrical scanners
