Adalimumab – new IPR infringement complaint filed on adalimumab, processes for manufacturing or relating to the same, and products containing the same (complainants AbbVie Inc., AbbVie Biotechnology Ltd., and AbbVie Operations Singapore Pte. Ltd.; proposed respondents located in Germany, Iceland, Israel, Switzerland, and the U.S.)

In vitro products – Jan. 14 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order following initial determination of IPR infringement in investigation 337-TA-1196 of in vitro fertilization products, components thereof, and products containing the same

LED products – issuance of limited exclusion order and cease and desist order in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1213 of light-emitting diode products, fixtures, and components thereof

Massage devices – issuance of general exclusion order and cease and desist order in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1206 of percussive massage devices

Skin rejuvenation devices – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1262 of skin rejuvenation resurfacing devices, components thereof, and products containing the same based on a settlement agreement

Storage and retrieval systems – Jan. 14 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order following initial determination of IPR infringement in investigation 337-TA-1228 of automated storage and retrieval systems, robots, and components thereof

Vehicle control systems – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1235 of vehicle control systems, vehicles containing the same, and components thereof based on a settlement agreement
