Corrosion-resistant steel – dumping margins of zero and 0.59 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from Korea for the period July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020

Polyester yarn – issuance of AD duty orders on polyester textured yarn from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, effective Dec. 14

Potassium permanganate – continuation of AD duty order on potassium permanganate from China, effective Dec. 9

Steel plate – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Germany for the period May 1, 2019, through April 30, 2020

Tubing – net subsidy rates of 5.35 and 7.7 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019
