Large pipe – (1) rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on large-diameter welded pipe from Greece for the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates, and (2) dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on such pipe from Korea for the period Aug. 27, 2018, through April 30, 2020
Pipe fittings – rescission of administrative reviews of AD and CV duty orders on cast iron soil pipe fittings from China for the periods Aug. 1, 2020, through July 31, 2021 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020 (CV), and instruction to CBP to assess AD and CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Ribbons – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at levels of 27.14 to 143.53 percent
Snow throwers – scheduling of final phase of AD and CV injury investigations of walk-behind snow throwers from China, with hearing scheduled for March 23, pre-hearing briefs due by March 16, and post-hearing briefs due by March 30
Softwood lumber – dumping margins of 6.06 to 17.12 percent and net subsidy rates of 2.42 to 18.07 percent in final results of administrative reviews of AD and CV duty orders on softwood lumber products from Canada for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019
