Epoxy resins – dumping margins of 7.19 to 24.65 percent in amended preliminary affirmative dumping determination on epoxy resins from Korea
Magnesium – dumping margin of 32.6 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on pure magnesium from China for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2022
Thermal paper – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on thermal paper from Germany for the period Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023
Tubular goods – (1) net subsidy rate of 0.14 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on oil country tubular goods from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022, and (2) initiation of inquiry to determine whether imports of seamless OCTG from China that are completed in Thailand from steel billets produced in China are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on OCTG from China
Welded pipe – (1) dumping margins of 0.01 and 1.21 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea for the period Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023, (2) dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on large-diameter welded pipe from Korea for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023, and (3) dumping margin of 56.39 percent in preliminary results of AD duty order on welded stainless pressure pipe from India for the period Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023
