Diamond compacts – new IPR infringement complaint filed on polycrystalline diamond compacts and articles containing same (complainant US Synthetic Corporation; proposed respondents located in China, the United Kingdom, Germany, South Africa, Ireland, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, and the U.S.)

Digital imaging devices – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1231 of digital imaging devices and products containing the same and components thereof (complainant Pictos Technologies Inc.; respondents located in Korea and the U.S.)

Mobile devices – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1193 of capacitive touch-controlled mobile devices, computers, and components thereof with respect to two respondents based on withdrawal of the complaint by Neodron Ltd.

Toner cartridges – in investigation 337-TA-1174, issuance of (1) a general exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed importation of toner cartridges, components thereof, and systems containing same that infringe specified patent claims and (2) cease and desist orders directed to specified respondents
