Botox – in investigation 337-TA-1145, issuance of (1) limited exclusion order prohibiting the importation by two respondents of botulinum toxin products, processes for manufacturing or relating to same, and certain products containing same found to misappropriate the trade secrets of complainants Medytox Inc., Allergan Limited, and Allergan Inc. and (2) cease and desist order barring one respondent’s unfair acts for 21 months
Electrical connectors – new IPR infringement complaint filed on electrical connectors and cages, components thereof, and products containing same (complainant Amphenol Corp.; proposed respondents located in China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)
IP cameras – new IPR infringement complaint filed on IP camera systems including video doorbells and components thereof (complainants SkyBell Technologies Inc., SB IP Holdings LLC, and Eyetalk365 LLC; proposed respondents located in the U.S.)
Shaker screens – Jan. 15 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by a recommendation to issue a general exclusion order should a violation be found in investigation 337-TA-1184 of shaker screens for drilling fluids, components thereof, and related marketing materials
