Nails – dumping margin of 18.31 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from China for the period Aug. 1, 2018, through July 31, 2019
Pipe – preliminary affirmative dumping determination on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from the Czech Republic, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 51.07 to 51.70 percent
Tires – net subsidy rates of 20.05 and 116.5 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018
Transformers – dumping margin of 52.75 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on large power transformers from Korea for the period Aug. 1, 2018, through July 31, 2019, and preliminary determination that LS Electric Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to LSIS Co. Ltd.
Twist ties – scheduling of final phase of AD and CV injury investigations of twist ties from China, with hearing scheduled for Feb. 16, pre-hearing briefs due by Feb. 9, post-hearing briefs due by Feb. 25, and final comments due by March 18
