The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

End blocks – (1) final affirmative dumping determinations on forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany (dumping margins of 3.82 to 70.84 percent) and Italy (zero to 58.48 percent) and (2) final affirmative CV duty determinations on such goods from China (net subsidy rates of 16.8 to 337.07 percent), Germany (5.86 to 14.81 percent), India (5.2 percent) and Italy (3.12 to 44.86 percent)
Lockers – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on metal lockers from China, with new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 36.83 to 144.01 percent
Nails – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, with respect to nine companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Pipe – preliminary affirmative CV duty determinations on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Russia and South Korea, with new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 4.39 percent for Russia and 2.13 percent for South Korea
Silicon metal – preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on silicon metal from Bosnia & Herzegovina and Iceland, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 21.41 percent for Bosnia & Herzegovina and 37.83 to 47.54 percent for Iceland
