Citric acid – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on citric acid and citrate salts from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Flanges – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India for the period Aug. 1, 2018, through July 31, 2019
Plastic bags – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Malaysia for the period Aug. 1, 2018, through July 31, 2019
Steel cylinders – scheduling of final phase of AD and CV injury investigations of non-refillable steel cylinders from China, with hearing scheduled for March 16, pre-hearing briefs due by March 9, post-hearing briefs due by March 23, and final comments due by April 13
Steel pipe – dumping margin of 1.57 percent for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman for the period Dec. 1, 2018, through Nov. 30, 2019
