CBP has announced that the following companies have been accredited as commercial laboratories and/or approved as commercial gaugers.

- effective Sept. 28, 2017, AmSpec LLC of Cape Canaveral, Florida, has been approved to gauge and accredited to test petroleum and certain petroleum products for customs purposes

- effective May 25, 2017, Intertek USA Inc. of Gonzalez, Louisiana, has been approved to gauge and accredited to test petroleum and certain petroleum products for customs purposes

- effective Aug. 22, 2017, Saybolt LP of Wilmington, North Carolina, has been approved to gauge and accredited to test petroleum and certain petroleum products for customs purposes

- effective April 6, 2017, SGS North America Inc of Reserve, Louisiana, has been approved to gauge and accredited to test petroleum and certain petroleum products for customs purposes

- effective May 24, 2017, SGS North America Inc of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has been approved to gauge petroleum and certain petroleum products for customs purposes

- effective Aug. 24, 2017, SGS North America Inc of Newport News, Virginia, has been approved to gauge and accredited to test petroleum and certain petroleum products for customs purposes
