The Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee is conducting its annual trade efficiency survey. Importers, exporters, and service providers are encouraged to participate in this survey, which is available here and should be completed no later than March 3.

According to CBP, the survey consists of multiple choice questions on issues such as exam rates, estimated costs of doing business, time expenditures, and satisfaction level with CBP and partner government agencies. The information gathered will be used to gauge facilitation priorities by industry, assess the economic impact of specific trade initiatives, and assist in creating metrics that explain the key benefits of partnerships with CBP.
