- 3906 O’Hare INTL Airport (the main port of Chicago O’Hare is 3901 and will remain active)

- 3907 Des Moines, IA (inactive)

- 3981 Waukegan Airport

- 3983 Chicago Executive Airport

- 3985 Decatur Airport

- 3991 Nippon Courier Hub

- 4108 Ashtabula, OH (inactive)

- 4109 Conneaut, OH (inactive)

- 4111 Fairport Harbor, OH (inactive)

- 4113 Evansville, IN (inactive)

- 4114 Lawrenceburg, IN (inactive)

- 4170 Burlington Air Express

- 4181 Airborne Air Park

CBP is conducting a process in which it is identifying port codes associated to facilities that are no longer active and deactivating them one field office at a time.
