Jump starters – determination to rescind limited exclusion order issued in investigation 337-TA-1256 of portable battery jump starters and components thereof based on failure to show continued use of asserted trademarks
Mobile devices – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1456 of mobile cellular communications devices based on consent order
Power stations – determination to modify limited exclusion order issued in investigation 337-TA-563 of portable power stations and packaging therefor by rescinding the exclusions based on infringement of one patent and one mark
Routers – initial determination on Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1454 of wi-fi routers, wi-fi devices, mesh wi-fi network devices, and components thereof and Sept. 8 deadline for comments on recommended remedies
