Food service equipment – in investigation 337-TA-1166 of food service equipment and components thereof, initial finding of no violation and Aug. 19 deadline for comments on remedy, the public interest, and bonding if a violation is found
Networking devices – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1275 of networking devices, computers, and components thereof (complainant Proven Networks LLC; respondent located in the U.S.)
Security monitors – new IPR infringement complaint filed on video security equipment and systems, related software, components thereof, and products containing same (complainants Motorola Solutions Inc., Avigilon Corporation, Avigilon Fortress Corporation, Avigilon Patent Holding 1 Corporation, and Avigilon Technologies Corporation; proposed respondent located in the U.S.)
