Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact STR.

Honey – dumping margin of 17.76 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD order on raw honey from Argentina for the period June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024

Olives – net subsidy rates of 4.8 and 25.21 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on ripe olives from Spain for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023

Pipe – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on large-diameter welded pipe from South Korea for the period May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025

Rebar – final affirmative AD determinations on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Bulgaria, Egypt, and Vietnam, with dumping margins of 53.27 percent for Bulgaria, 34.2 and 52.73 percent for Egypt, and 128.53 and 136.57 percent for Vietnam, and final affirmative CVD determinations on rebar from Egypt and Vietnam, with net subsidy rates of 23.27 percent for Egypt and 6.8 percent for Vietnam

Shelving – sunset review determination that revocation of AD order on boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 112.68 percent
