Bricks – rescission of administrative review of AD order on magnesia carbon bricks from China for the period Sept. 1, 2024, through Aug. 31, 2025, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Lumber – reinstatement of CVD order on softwood lumber products from Canada and CVD cash deposit requirement at rate of 1.05 percent, effective Aug. 6
Nails – dumping margin of 1.42 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on steel nails from the United Arab Emirates for the period May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025
Plastic bags – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Malaysia for the period Aug. 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024
Steel plate – (1) dumping margins of 7.55 percent for Belgium, zero for Germany, 0.94 and 10.77 percent for Italy, and 0.6 percent for South Korea in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD orders on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from these countries for the period May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025, and (2) net subsidy rate of 1.14 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CVD order on CTL plate from South Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024
