Pasta – (1) dumping margins of zero and 1.61 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on pasta from Italy for the period July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, and (2) net subsidy rate of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on pasta from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019
PET film – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020
Pipe – dumping margins of 3.13 to 5.44 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico for the period Aug. 1, 2018, through July 31, 2019
Rubber – dumping margin of 23.26 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Mexico for the period Sept. 1, 2018, through Aug. 31, 2019
