Electronic candles – in investigation 337-TA-1195 of electronic candle products and components thereof, May 3 deadline for comments on whether the issuance of the recommended general exclusion order would affect the public health and welfare in the U.S., competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Test strips – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1239 of gabapentin immunoassay kits and test strips, components thereof, and methods therefor with respect to four respondents based on consent orders
Wind turbines – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1218 of variable speed wind turbine generators and components thereof with respect to five patent claims withdrawn by complainant General Electric Company
