- received a notification of proposed production activity at the MSD International GMBH facility within FTZ 7 in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, where MSD already has authority to produce certain pharmaceutical products, to add a finished product and a foreign-status material to the scope of authority (comments due by June 4)
- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Lam Research Corporation facilities within FTZ 45 in Tualatin and Sherwood, Ore., where Lam already has authority to produce semiconductor production equipment, subassemblies, and related parts, to add finished products and foreign-status materials and components to the scope of authority (comments due by June 7)
- received a notification of proposed production activity at the BMW Manufacturing Company LLC facility within FTZ 38 in Spartanburg, S.C., where BMW already has authority to produce various goods, to add diesel-powered hybrid plug-in electric motor vehicles to the scope of authority (comments due by June 9)
- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Kaiser Premier LLC facility within FTZ 293 in Fort Morgan, Colo., which is used for the production of special-purpose vehicles (comments due by June 9)
