Mattresses – final affirmative AD injury determinations on mattresses from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam and final affirmative CV injury determination on mattresses from China
Paper – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Solar cells – dumping margins of zero and 13.89 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Dec. 1, 2018, through Nov. 30, 2019
Steel plate – dumping margins of 8.64 to 12.29 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Belgium for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019
Tires – net subsidy rates of 20.05 and 116.5 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018
