Solar cells – new subsidy rates of 35.63 and 541.94 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018
Tubing – dumping margin of 7.96 percent for one company in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India for the period Nov. 22, 2017, through May 31, 2019
Wood flooring – net subsidy rates of 5.19 to 9.36 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018
