The Federal Maritime Commission has issued notice that the following amended agreements have been filed. Interested parties may submit comments by Aug. 7.
THE Alliance Agreement (Hapag Lloyd AG & Hapag-Lloyd USA, LLC (acting as a single party); Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd.; and Yang Ming Marine Transport Corporation & Yangming (UK) Ltd. (acting as a single party) – The amendment authorizes the parties to increase the amount contributed by each party to the contingency fund after the transition from five parties to three and deletes provisions that are no longer necessary since the transition of membership from the three Japanese lines to Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd.
WWOcean/Hoegh Autoliners Space Charter Agreement (Wallenius Wilhelmsen Ocean AS and Hoegh Autoliners AS) – The amendment expands the scope of the agreement to cover the trades between the U.S. and all ports worldwide. It also changes the name and address of Wallenius Wilhelmsen and restates the agreement.
ACL/WWOcean Agreement (Atlantic Container Line AB and Wallenius Wilhelmsen Ocean AS) – The amendment changes the name of Wallenius Wilhelmsen, updates the addresses of the parties, and updates the name of the agreement.
